We had a wonderful client conference at the Caesar's Palace this year. Our featured speakers were Pat Rosenzweig, Andrea Cook, Beth Leach, Charis Santillie and Scarlett Thomas. All their presentations focused on ways to improve business practices in a struggling economy.

Orthoease ended the conference on a high note with the launch of a new program feature - OE Mobile. OE Mobile will give the client access to all patient records, appointments etc from their mobile phone. OE Mobile is available NOW. Contact Nick to sign up.

We had 70 people in attendance. The response we recieved from our client survey following the meeting was overwhelmingly positive. Thank you to all our clients who attended, to our guest speakers and to our vendors. Your participation greatly contributed to a successful conference!!

It's Really Easy

Hi all,  Just thought I would share a few thoughts.  I am just returning from one of the most productive on-sight training's I have done in a while.  This was an office that has been using Orthoease for a while.

They were experiencing some frustrations with the software and contacted me for help.  They attended some of the free training sessions and found them helpful.  But we realized that when they first got Orthoease the information that you enter to customize it for you either wasn't entered or was not entered in the most efficient way for their office.

It only took us 1 day to discuss and enter new procedure codes, new procedure groups, create new templates, create treatment plans, design efficient exam findings, and enter new elastics & bracket schemes.  

By this office taking the time to get all of this information entered into the system, they are now up and running with Orthoease working FOR them!!!

I know that you too can get Orthoease to work FOR you by taking the time to get your custom information entered.  It doesn't take long, you can do it in an afternoon.

What's an Easekey?????

If you have never attended a training session, and if you have somehow missed the newsletters that go out every month, you may have missed this fabulous feature that has existed in Orthoease since the beginning of Version 6.  They are called EaseKeys. 

What the heck is an EaseKey you ask???

An EaseKey is the most efficient way to navigate through Orthoease...  You can see a list of EaseKey's by clicking on the EaseKey link on the top tool bar of Orthoease (you know next to the Apple for mac, or File for windows)

You will see a little window that looks like this.... 

Just type part of the last name (space) then part of the first name of the patient you are working with and BAM... you are where you need to be on the patients record you need to be on.

When to use this????  If a patient walks in and wants to make a payment... Hit the EaseKey +T for transaction... BAM  you are at the patient's ledger with the payment screen ready to post the payment.

Patient calls to move appointment... Hit EaseKey + B (for book appointment)  BAM... your at the appointment book ready to book that appointment.

Try them!!!!  I promise you will love it.
